Questa è la ricetta di un dolce molto versatile che mi è stata data dall’amico Marco circa venti anni fa, poi ad un certo punto ero convinta di averla persa e ho cercato di sostituirla con altre ricette ma senza grandi soddisfazioni. Un giorno ho ritrovato l’appunto, ovviamente al suo posto, ma era unto, sbiadito e illeggibile. La mia tenacia nel ricostruirla è stata premiata e questa è la ricetta che ancora mi segue ed è tra le più richieste da chi mi conosce.
Vi dicevo che è una preparazione versatile perchè in base a come si taglia (a spicchi a losanghe o a quadrati) e a che salsa si accompagna, può diventare un torta per un fine cena o una dolce per una festa per bambini. (dipende anche dalla salsa).
Torta al cioccolato di Marco
Ricetta:
200 gr di cioccolato fondente di buona qualità
125 gr burro
150 gr zucchero
3 uova
1 cucchiaio e 1/2 di farina
sale, pane grattugiato e burro per la teglia, zucchero a velo per spolverare
Spalmate una teglia media con il burro freddo e spolveratela con il pan grattato gettando l’eccesso. Separate i tuorli dall’albume e montate a neve questi ultimi. Sciogliete a bagnomaria o nel microonde a temperatura media il burro e il cioccolato e lasciate intiepidire; montate i tuorli con lo zucchero, aggiungete il pizzico di sale e la farina ed uniteli al burro fuso con il cioccolato. Con movimenti dal basso verso l’alto unire al composto gli albumi montati a neve iniziando con una piccola dose e man mano aggiungendo il resto.
Mettete in forno in modalità statica per 20′ a 180°. Sfornarla e farla raffreddare poi spolverarla con lo zucchero a velo.
Note e consigli:
Il trucco per questa torta che appartiene alla famiglia di quelle dal “cuore tenero”, è che non cuocia eccessivamente e che la teglia non sia troppo grande. Non essendoci lievito rimane bassina come un brownie e dunque sta a voi eventualmente duplicare o addirittura triplicare la dose. A me piace molto la dose doppia cotta in una teglia quadrata da cm 25×25. Vi consiglio di tagliarla a quadretti oppure a losanghe, io la servo con panna montata oppure con salsa zabaione o con un coulis di lamponi, ma ve ne parlerò la prossima volta. Provatela anche con del sale di Maldon spolverato prima della cottura e omettete poi lo zucchero a velo.

MARKOVA TORTA OD COKOLADE
Ovo je jedan vrlo jednostavan recept koji sam dobila od mog prijatelja Marka pre oko dvadesetak godina. Bila sam ubedjena da sam ga izgubila i svo ovo vreme sam pokusavala da ga zamenim drugim receptima koji mi nisu davali posebnu satisfakciju. Sve do jednog dana kada sam ga pronasla, na svom mestu, ali je bio izbledeo i necitak! Napor da ga povratim se isplatio, a ovaj recept me i dalje prati i postao je najtrazeniji medju osobama koje me poznaju.
Kao sto sam napomenula priprema je jednostavna, a nacin na koji cete ga servirati (isecen na rombove ili kocke) i preliv koji ce ga pratiti, cine ga odlicnim desertom posle vecere ili za decije slavlje.
Recept:
200 gr crne cokolade dobrog kvaliteta
125 gr putera
150 gr secera
3 cela jaja
kasika i po brasna
so, prezle, puter za podmazivanje pleha, secer u prahu za dekoraciju
Postupak:
Podmazite pleh srednje velicine sa hladnim puterom i pospite ga prezlom. Eliminisite visak prezle. Odvojite zumance od belanca, i umutite tvrdo belanca. Istopite cokoladu i puter na pari ili u mikrotalasnoj pecnici (temperatura ne sme biti visoka) i obavezno ostavite da se prohladi. Umutite zumanca sa secerom, dodajte mrvu soli i brasno, i sve pomesajte sa istopljenim puterom i cokoladom. Blagim pokretima smesi polako dodajite umucena belanca. Kada je sjedinjeno izliti u pleh.
Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni (bez ventilacije) na 180 stepeni oko 20 minuta.
Kada je pecena, ohladite je i pospite secerom u prahu.
Saveti:
Tajna ove torte je da pripada onoj vrsti koja ima “meko srce” (sredina ostaje vlazna i mekana) zato je bitno da je ne prepecete i da pleh nije previse veliki. Za nju se ne koristi kvasac, tako da ostaje niska kao “brownie” te mozete po izboru koristiti duplu ili cak troduplu meru. Licno preferiram duplu meru u certvrtastom plehu 25x25cm.
Predlazem vam da je secete na kocke ili rombove, ja je sluzim sa slagom, prelivom od vanile ili malina, o cemu cu vam pisati naknadno.
Probajte je i posutu (pre pecenja) sa malo soli Maldon (The Maldon Crystal Salt). U tom slucaju izostavite secer u prahu.

I am so jealous of your gardening abilities. My grandmother, mother and sister can grow things like this without hardly any effort, but I almost always kill what I plant without even trying – even Rosemary!! Black thumb right here. It hasn't stopped me from planting more rosemary, basil, sage, parsley, mint, tarragon, and dill, but sadly, the dill has already bit the dust! Everything else seems to be doing okay though. Well My point is not only about teachers it is about ALL state/unionized workforce in NJ: cops, goverment officials, municipal officials, teachers.. and such.They suck life out of NJ and wil lead to all Big Buisness leaving the state.
That's true. That's why I use the npapi version of flash because it's less-cpu hungry than pepper. Anyway it's been so rare to see a good flash update to chrome to the point the video's not laggy and it doesn't eat a lot of cpu.

Ok, this new Home page is absolutely honourdres. It makes things a million times harder to find. I loved you tube because of the old homepage. I could load the homepage and in a single glance, with no scrolling, I could see all the videos I wanted to see. It was easy, it was simple, and most importantly it worked. But this new update really had me wondering why I should still use youtube to find the videos I want to watch. I now use other websites to find the videos I want to watch on YouTube. That is how bad this new homepage really is.

AOL was intriguing at first and better than Prodigy. I never bothered with it later when I let AOL install a toolbar or insinuate itself somehow in the operation of my browser. It took over in a big way and tried to make everything go through AOL. It was infuriating and not at all what I expected.Bad idea that generated nothing but hostility on my part.

Our attorney expected another offer prior to that. We are waiting to hear back from him but it appears that date came and went without another offer. How should things proceed now? Should we expect additional offers to settle prior to the trial? What about mediation? Does that happen close to the trial date?
I had no idea how to approach this before-now I’m locked and loaded.
